Reiki (Pronounced. Ray Kee) is a complementary therapy for the relief of stress, depression and physical aches and pains. It is used to stimulate the body in its own natural healing process, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, increasing the energy flow throughout the whole body. This is why after a Reiki treatment many people feel refreshed, relaxed, clearer and more content in themselves.

Reiki is not Faith Healing as Faith is not required for healing to take place.

*Did you know Reiki can be performed from a distance? Meaning that you don't even have to be in direct contact with a Reiki practitioner or even in the same time zone to receive a treatment. Sometimes we need a quick boost in times of need and as a Reiki Therapist I can provide that boost. *(A direct hands on treatment will always be more effective and is recommended prior to any distance healing)
