How should I prepare?

• Showering or bathing before hand is essential as dirty skin can be un-comfortable when hands rub over the surface dirt, feet especially
• Deodorize as body odor can be an unpleasant experience for the masseur
• Wear old but clean underwear as the oil may be hard to get out and we do not want you to ruin new undies
• Make enough time to have the treatment, as rushing a treatment if you didn't allow enough time, will remove any benefit that you might gain in the first place
• Do not have a heavy meal as this can be uncomfortable when you are lying face down or having abdomen massaged.
• Do not drink alcohol or take illegal drugs before a session.
